FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Full priced items purchased at Jayden Huang are eligable for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached in order to be refunded.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligable for returns.
We will provide a pre-paid USPS shipping label for domestic returns that are requested within 30 days of purchase.
Unused return labels will be voided after 3 days and will no longer be usable. If you need a new return label please contact customer service and we may issue you a new one.
All international returns should be posted and shipped at the buyer's expense. We apologize, but at this time we are not able to provide international return labels.
Any refunds totalling $500 or more are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If you would like to make an exchange please email us at shopjaydenhuang@gmail.com. Please include your order number, full name, the item you would like to return, and which item and clothing size you would like to receive.
We cannot place items on hold for exchanges. If we do not have the item requested in stock when we receive your return, then we will issue store credit. If you would like to place a new order for the item you want instead of waiting for your return to be received, then please ask for a return instead of an exchange.
If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact customer service immediately.
We will provide a free exchange or full refund for defective items when notified within 7 days of receipt, provided that the items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached to them.
